Step 4 - Extraction and Rinse: Utilizing the special Rotovac system that cleans the fibers of the carpet in multiple directions, getting the cleanest and best results of the cleaning process.
Step 5 - Post inspection: A walk through of the results to allow the customer to address any concerns.
